3 Spritual steps to Achieving your Dreams and Goals

Life is simple : Just do it. 

We often overwhelm ourselves with zillions of worries and questions while we should just go with the flow and trust the process.
TRUST is among one of my powerful mantras. 
By the way, I highly recommend to create your own personal list of powerful quotes and read it whenever you need some energy. I will try to share mine and write an article about it soon :))

Worries are creations of our imagination. It should never be our reality. Instead, keep in mind that everything will be fine.

If you have a dream goal, there are 3 major things you need to know to achieve anything great.

First step is believing. 


We need to believe that we’re gonna fulfill this dream - otherwise we won’t accomplish anything. We have to picture « this » in our mind like it’s already manifesting or on the way.
If you don’t truly believe at heart that you’ll live abroad, meet your soul mate, be rich or lose that weight, then it’s over before you even start.

- When believing, keep in mind that it may take time. For example if you’re trying to save money for an expensive trip, always strive to see in the long run, not in the short term - otherwise you may lose courage to save money. You have to see the big picture ! Same goes for everything : perseverance & consistency are the keys. 

- Be patient and take baby steps : the more you struggle and keep going, the more rewarded you’ll feel.
It’s like seeing a little light at the end of the tunnel. You know it’s there but you also know that you will be able to see the end of it only if you keep walking in its direction.
We may loose a round and fall from time to time but if we fall, the key is to get back on track instead of staying on the ground; next round we’ll do even better if we keep persevering.

Walk, Fall Down, Get back Up Again, Repeat. It’s in the getting Back Up again where all the difference resides.

Samuel Beckett said it well : « Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail Again. Fail Better »

If you have trouble believing in yourself then start believing that you can accomplish tiny things. Write down little goals. For example, if you’re trying to lose weight write « I’m going to eat healthy one day a week ». Think about how great you’re going to feel after accomplishing that goal. Then next week, eat two healthy meals and so on.

Repeat your success with other small goals, and working your way up to bigger objectives. What you’re doing is getting accustomed to accomplishing what you say out loud. That’s a powerful and effective way to build self-confidence.

- Keep positive vibes : always relax and know that it will happen one day. Never lose interest. I know it may be hard at first once you decided to achieve a goal that you think may be « lost before even beginning »,but you have to remember to remember why you even started : don’t lose your target. Hardships are blessings in disguise. 
Know that you’ll be brilliant. Always keep a positive attitude when setting a goal. If you think it’s too difficult, write down your emotions or just breathe in and out. It’ll be hard to accomplish anything if you start telling yourself that it won’t happen and you’ve been struggling for no results. There might not be results today but I SWEAR that in the long term, the seed planted will start to grow. If it didn’t work this way, try the other way. If the path you chose is closed, try the other path. 
There’s always open roads. Just keep attempting and endeavoring to find solutions. But always with a positive mind ;)

So now that you literally feel the shift of believing happening, you’ll get to next point.

Second step is the importance of seeing.


If you don’t envision where you want to go, then how are you going to get from point A to point B ? If you want to drive from Paris to Barcelona, you need to get a map or GPS to see how you’re going to get there-otherwise you may get lost.

For example, if it’s a soul mate you’re looking for, you have to envision the person you’re seeking- and not only in terms of physical look. You have to picture the qualities that are really important to you, and imagined the activities you’ll share together. The same goes for starting a business, weight loss, saving money or practically anything.

You need to see how you’re going to get where you want to go. The plan doesn’t have to be perfect and quite often it will change but you have to start by envisioning it.

- When seeing it, you can make a plan and details about how you’re gonna set your goal. For example, if you’re creating your business, make a brainstorming and organize it at first. Next step, do your business plan and so on. You know it’s lots of hard work but hard work always end up with great results.

Now that you’re halfway there, go on with the last struggle ! 

The third step is Taking Action.

Now, you need to do what you set out to accomplish. If you’re trying to lose weight, and that you BELIEVE that you can lose 20 kg, and you can SEE yourself walking for twenty minutes every day and cutting out sugar- well, now you have to actually START DOING those things.
Although weight loss is more about goal setting and less about luck, in some ways it’s still about making you own luck.
It involves changing how you see the world and thus how you change your life.

If you truly want to achieve a life filled with happiness, health and abundance, these three principles are the keys to your Success. 

Your behavior affects your entire persona.
So you’re responsible for creating your own luck in every sense of the world and in every aspect of your life.

Huge things can happen. Anyone can accomplish anything if they set their minds to.
